Vocational Centre, Thamesview School, Gravesend, Kent CDM Co-ordinator Safetyexcel Ltd Project Description The construction of a single storey extension to the Vocational Centre. On a design and build tender basis.

Meadow View, Kent CDM Co-ordinator Safetyexcel Ltd Project Description Development of luxury detached home and associated buildings.

St Saviours School, Kent CDM Co-ordinator Safetyexcel Ltd Project Description Construction of a School extension and function room.

Stone Court Mews CDM Co-ordinator Safetyexcel Ltd Project Description Construction of 4 houses, two flats and a commercial workshop.

Chatham High Street, Chatham, Kent CDM Co-ordinator Safetyexcel Ltd Project Description The project consisted of the replacement of the shop fronts and windows, renovation and repair of the Front elevation including reinstatement. Repair to the roof including the replacement of an existing flat roof with a tiled pitched roof.

Olwen House, Kent CDM Co-ordinator Safetyexcel Ltd Project Description Refurbishment and alterations of a three storey commercial offices building. Installation and construction of a new lift and security gates and car park redevelopment.
